About the project
I worked with the Convert Digital team on Brand Collective’s multi-brand move to Shopify. The programme brought 14 storefronts onto the platform, with the agency and client teams coordinating delivery across the group.
The project became the subject of a later Ecommerce Growth Summit conversation with Kaitlin Trew, where we discussed the experience of migrating multiple brands and what the move meant for the business.
