Le Wagon invited me to speak with junior developers about starting a career in software engineering. I shared advice on what to focus on learning, how to approach their work and how to prepare for their first developer role.
The conversation was about making those early career decisions more approachable: developing useful skills, building good working habits and understanding how to secure that first opportunity.
